Ingredients
Halal Beef Bacon (Chopped) — 2 slices
Halal Chicken Thigh (or Breast) — 1
Potato (Cut small cubed) — 2
Pink Himalayan Salt
Black Pepper
Garlic Salt
Curry Powder (Pinch)
Old Bay Seasoning
Cayenne Pepper
Garlic (2 cloves chopped)
Celery (Chopped)
Tomato — 1 (diced)
Onion (1/2 of one large onion) diced
Thyme (Bundle and remove)
Linguine Noodles (Fresh Noodles, not hard!!!) — Buitoni or similar
(Flavor Flip: Add Lemongrass and light your brain on fire!)
PRO TIP: Diced and chop everything *before* you start cooking. You should not be dicing while your cooking. Don’t burn the food!
Let’s Get Cooking!
Use a medium sized saucepan (everything will be cooked in one pot)!
Add Beef Bacon to the pan (chopped) with a little bit of water and pepper. Cook until done. 2–3 minutes.
Add the onions and sauteed with Beef Bacon until translucent. 2–3 minutes
Add the Celery, Tomato, and Potatoes. Stir and saute. Add a small amount of water to help with sautee and deglaze the bottom of the pan. 3–5 minutes
Add dry seasonings and stir and mix well. 30 seconds
Add your chicken and 1–2 cups of water and simmer on medium low. 20 minutes
Skim the top with a spoon and remove the froth. Once potatoes are soft. Taste and make sure the flavor is on point and salt before adding the noodles.
Add the cut up linguini noodles and cook for 2 minutes until al-dente.
Serve in a bowl. Goes great with buttery French Baguette bread or any hard exterior bread.
