Payment for any and all stays at Sheas Tech, LLC means that you agree and have read this Privacy Policy, Rules and all associated restrictions of this website. Any and all legal challenges to Shea's Tech, LLC, it's staff, it's host or officers will be paid by the claimant or defendant and you accept, understand and certify the same by payment for a guest stay at any properties under the ownership of Shea's Tech, LLC or it's owners.

Welcome to Sheas Tech, LLC (“Sheas Tech,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you use our shortterm rental services. By booking and staying in our properties, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy. Information We Collect (This Only Applies to Information obtained or sent directly to Sheas Tech, LLC, not 3rd Party websites). We will not arbitrate or work with 3rd party vendors to delete or remove your information from their platforms or 3rd party platforms or services.
Personal Information
We collect personal information that you provide to us when making an appointment, purchase or support session, such as:
Name(s)
Contact information (email address, phone number, mailing address)
We do not collect any Payment Information processed through 3rd Parties (e.g. Stripe, etc).
Government issued identification (for discount verification purposes) only. All ID is immediately deleted upon confirmation. Any data sent through WhatsApp is encrypted and deleted after verification. It is recommended and preferred that no private data is transmitted without encryption for any PII (Personally Identifiable Information) or SPII (Significant Personally Identifiable Information).

Testing Center Policies (Pearson Vue, etc) - Onsite, Hybrid or Remote
The term TA will be used in this document to mean test administrator, invigilator, and proctor. When you enter any Shea's Tech or Shea's Halal Deli Exam location to take a certification exam. You understand and agree upon usage and signing up for service that you have absolutely no right to any privacy (i.e. digital, electronic, social media, advertising or any likeness).
No personal items, including but not limited to mobile phones, hand-held computers/personal digital assistants (PDAs) or other electronic devices, pagers, watches, wallets, purses, firearms or other weapons, hats (and other non-religious head coverings), bags, coats, jackets, eyeglass cases, pens, or pencils, recording devices of any type or any kind, are allowed in the testing room. No barrettes or hair clips that are larger than 1/4 inch (1/2 centimeter) wide and headbands or hairbands that are larger than 1/2 inch (1 centimeter) wide are allowed in the testing room. No jewelry that is removable and larger than 1/4 inch (1/2 centimeter) wide is allowed in the testing room. No books and/or notes are allowed in the testing room unless authorized by the test program sponsor for your use during the test. You must store all personal items in a secure area as indicated by the TA or return them to your vehicle. If you refuse to store your personal items, you will be unable to test, and you will lose your test fee. All electronic devices must be turned off before storing them in the designated secure area.
To ensure a high level of security throughout the testing experience, you will be monitored at all times. Both audio and video will be recorded.
You understand that eating, drinking, chewing gum, smoking, and/or making noise that creates a disturbance for other candidates is prohibited during the test.
Once you have entered the testing room, you may not communicate with other candidates. Any disruptive, threatening, or fraudulent behavior in the testing room may be grounds for terminating your test, invalidating your test results, or disqualifying you from taking the test at a future date.
The TA will log you into your assigned workstation. You will verify that you are taking the intended test that you registered to take. Unless otherwise instructed, you must remain in your assigned seat until escorted out of the testing room by a TA.
Unless otherwise instructed, after you have completed the test you must raise your hand, and the TA will come to your workstation and verify that your test session has ended properly. Depending on the type of test taken, the test program sponsor may display your test score on the computer screen after you have completed the test; or you may be provided with a printed score report; or you may be provided with a confirmation notice indicating that you have completed the test program sponsor's test. If printed information is to be provided to you, you must present your ID again to the TA and return any and all materials supplied to you prior to the beginning of your test. You must not leave any materials at your testing workstation after you have completed your test.
You may not remove copies of test questions or test answers from the testing center, and you may not share or discuss with anyone all or any of the test questions or test answers you saw or viewed during the taking of the test. If you do not abide by these rules, if you tamper with the computer, or if you are suspected of cheating, appropriate action will be taken, including the possibility of the test program sponsor taking action against you.
If any TA requests, solicits or speaks in any manner that they can help you cheat your exam or any other exams, you must report the incident to privacy@sheastech.io with the date, time, location and name (if known) of the TA who attempted such an action.
Usage of any Shea's Tech or Shea's Halal Deli services or exams (i.e. onsite, hybrid or remote) confirms and agree's to the provisions and stipulations of this agreement whether you sign, approve or disagree unless you terminate access to services prior to usage and confirm in writing to privacy@sheastech.io that you disagree with this policy within 8 hours of terminated access.
Data Retention
We retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected and to comply with legal requirements. We will not maintain any long term storage for any customer information unless specifically directed in writting by a recognized law enforcement agency of Baltimore City, The State of Maryland or the US Federal Government.
Your Rights
You have certain rights regarding your personal information, including:
Access: You may request access to your personal information.
Correction: You may request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information.
Deletion: You may request deletion of your personal information, subject to legal and contractual restrictions.

Exceptions
This Privacy Policy does not apply in any cases of the course of a criminal offense that can be prosecuted by the Baltimore City Police, State of Maryland Police, or the US Federal Government. In such instances, any data collected may be disclosed to relevant authorities without notice.

Cybersecurity Against Child Pornography or Criminal Activities
At Sheas Tech, LLC, we maintain a very strict policy regarding all illegal activities and the safety of our guests and community. In accordance with our commitment to legal compliance, cybersecurity ethical protocols and ethical standards, any instances of child pornography discovered on our networks during your stay will be immediately reported to the appropriate Baltimore city, State or Maryland, or US Federal Government authorities. Checks are random manually or automated if anything is reported or alerted on the Sheas Tech, LLC internet network. We are dedicated to cooperating fully with law enforcement agencies to ensure such illegal activities are addressed promptly and appropriately. Your name, your stay dates and any information provided by you during your stay to include your MAC Address of your phone or laptop of all guests during your stay will be provided to law enforcement. Persons who watch, sell, consume or share Child pornography on any Sheas Tech, LLC IT networks will have no expectation of privacy and all of your activities will be reported in conjunction with Google Wifi Home devices and Comcast Xfinity Router information and any and all network or device information.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on our website and indicating the date of the latest revision. Your continued use of our services after such changes will constitute your acceptance of the new terms.
